Cloudy urine is not always a cause for concern, but if it is a regular occurence there could be an underlying reason which is of concern. Cloudy urine is also referred to as "milky urine" as it takes on a tint not that unlike you would see when pouring a slightly dilute glass of milk. There are many possible causes for cloudy urine and while some are not an issue some can be quite severe.
It is advised that if you have cloudy urine two days in a row and your urine does not correct itself to a nearly clear or yellowish hue that you should seek medical assistance.
